Termites are going to come from two sources: they are going to be airborne or ground-dwelling. The airborne termites usually require tents treatments, whereas ground-dwelling termites, called subterranean termites, can be treated with a sub-slab injection treatment.
What is a termite bond and how do I get one?
A termite bond is usually issued after a termite treatment has been completed. A termite bond is a guarantee for retreatment in the case that you get termites. Most termite bonds also come with a repair warranty that will cover the cost of repairs, if any, caused by a termite infestation.
